Here we are in the capital of Germany. First impressions...an amazing train station that is at the same time amazing and a maze. Five floors of public transit. 25 minutes after arrival we finally found the S-bhan (above ground transit) we needed.
Now we are staying in an apartment we rented, definitely will be our choice of accommodation when we stay for a longer period in one spot, and its cheaper than other options! Did laundry yesterday...that was an experience...an expensive one too! Thankfully the worker was Algerian, so I spoke french to understand how to work the machines.
Another rainy cold day here, 13 degrees, so off to see some museums. The mascot poll is open once more, so vote away!

ReplyDeleteYour blog is amazing. I am enjoying reading your posts. Another place you should consider is Ireland. It is a beautiful country (north and south) with beautiful people.
