Congrats to the two of you that picked "having our shopping bag stolen at McDonalds" as false.
Yep thats right we...
-got hot lava ash in our eyes due to people throwing it around in Guatemala, resulting in medicine and an eye patch.
-posed with a family in India in various family-member combinations. Jarret was kicked out half way through.
-traded a beer for fish on the pier in Belize.
-have never been to a dance club while traveling (we usually can't stay up that late!!)
Travel Tip
No matter what happens, keep smiling. Your trip will be better for it and locals will be more willing to bargain with you and help you out. Get angry when you need to (and you will probably need to), but dont stay that way. If you want to enjoy your trip and not stress, breath, relax, make a joke about the situation and move on.
