Beijing marks the city where we have spent the longest time in one place since our travels began (12 days) and we would stay longer if not for our schedule to traverse China. Yes it was freezing here, yes the wind nearly killed us on a couple of occasions, and yes our entire bodies are now covered in wind-burn, but we love you Beijing and would not trade our experiences with you for the world.
Today we fly to Xi'an where we will visit the famous terra cotta warriors and then to Chengdu to see the cuddly and lazy panda bears. We are in the process of uploading Beijing pictures and writing our highly anticipated (we hope) "best of/worst of" list for Beijing! Check in soon!
