Two Canadians return to Canada!

After about 3 months of travel through 11 countries, we are taking a one week layover in our hometowns. Why you may ask?? Well, Leigh wanted to attend her PhD graduation ceremony and catch a few days of rest/visits at home and since Jarret is engaged to this Leigh, he decided to come with. He is a smart man!

It took a staggering 27 hours of travel to get to Toronto, Canada from Amman, Jordan. Surprisingly, only the last few hours of fly-time were difficult as neither of us could sleep considering the bad turbulence and crying babies. Our stop over at Heathrow airport was long, but we did have exciting moments of seeing someone get caught shop-lifting, dining on English ale with fish and chips, and spotting a former Prime Minister, Joe Clark. That airport is one bumping place!

Besides suffering from jet-lag, we hope to update our pictures for Jordan this week. On November 16th, we leave the cold weather behind for Malaysia! Bring on the heat and sun, I swear, we are ready!
