Dzien dobry

Thats hello/good morning in Polish. Have finally had a good stretch of weather, actually have shorts on today. We are in Cracow now. Yesterday we went to visit this amazing salt mine that has whole rooms carved out 100-300 mtrs below the surface. There are chapels and everything down there. The day before we went to Auschwitz/Birkenau. Birkenau was massive, hard to believe what went on there. It was interesting to visit it after having already been to Dachau in Germany, where concentration camps started, and seeing how they "evolved" as the war went on. Visiting these two countries it is hard to visit places without seeing or hearing traces from the war, definately still affecting life here in my opinion.

Today we are off to see the largest pharmacy museum in Europe...maybe we can find something for my back or knee.

The picture here is in the main square, biggest one in Europe. Nuts on the weekend, manageable during the week. And yes, travey (I am still not sold on that name) is in there somewhere.

Ciao for now.
